hi folks can anyone out there tell when the Wisper 906 XC was discontinued, and why. I know it was launched in 2009 bu can't find out when it was discontinued.. thanks Alan

Hi Topper, it was only available for a year, it was simply uneconomical to make, the price as £2499 then and needed to be closer to £3,000. It was a cracking bike!

hi David thanks for the speedy reply I wonder how many were made for the UK. they look really nice with the carbon finish, but basically an Alpino with a superior finish I guess

That's right Topper, but it also had remote lock out suspension and was generally a higher specification.

There were only 100 made in the world all for the UK, if ebikes ever have a collectors following that will be a rare one indeed!
