I blew up 2 Imp engines in 6 months, but I did learn how to replace exhausts, brakes, suspension, dampers, clutch, brake master cylinders, engines and steering - Imps weren't terribly reliable but made a useful training ground :(

I suspect history shows the Mini was better, even if the Imp did have an alloy engine.

Yes, luxury spec like the Imp Californian fast-back. The Imp estate was a joke, they couldn't make it longer or the front wheels would have lifted off the ground!
