cannot log on with smart phone

Hello, cannot log on with my smart phone, I fill in details and nothing happens, I can log on fine on different pc's, any help please would be great.

What platform are you using it may help the powers to be with a diagnosis if theres an issue again

lol so it seems. If I put the wrong password in it tells me so I put in the right pass word it just refreshes as though I have not entered anything. I am using s9 an android phone. I have tried logging out of pc this has not helped either. I am all out of ideas.

You can do, it is free on the Play store,

I’ve just tried logging in on a Galaxy S8 using Chrome and that works OK.

I’ll send you a reset password link to see if changing the password makes any difference.

Tapatalk is bamboozaling, however, I have had success with Google chrome. Thanks for the help.

sorry its still happening in chrome, I have also tried changing my password with no effect to log in issue......

Can you try clicking the stay logged in checkbox on the login page?
