Chinese 4k Ultra HD take 2, then i realised I went over the speed bump a lot faster this time, so the image is not as clear as it should be. I need to try again. The first time, I was pedalling without power at about 10 mph. This was done at closer to 20 mph.

Why are distant number plates important? How many injuries and scares are visited upon cyclists by vehicles 10 metres away? I suppose you could stand close to the edge of the pavement next to fast busy road holding the cameras close to number plates at bike riding head height, as vehicles zoom past at 40mph to 100mph, to simulate this incident of yours, to see if any of those cameras including your new Innovv H5 fares any better at capturing number plates in various lighting conditions? My GoPro Hero 7 Black does a great job of recording close number plates day and night - there might or might not exist an aerodynamic sidemount motorbike helmet cam capable of doing the same or better, for cyclist and motocyclist use.

Exporting frames at video reolution with LosslessCut is cited as possible, by right clicking the selected segment. Most video editing programs can also export a selection of frames at video resolution from the timeline as images, albeit usually lossily due to recompression (some newer editing programs export losslessly if there are no effects or adjustments applied, or haven't been resampled upon inclusion of video file to the project timeline), unlike LosslessCut, which cuts and exports video, images and audio without loss of quality.
