I got mine through Eddie at Electric Bike Sales in Cambridge. I live outside of Ringwood on the Dorset/Hampshire border. I'm not too concerned with having to do any warranty work as these bikes are built like Sherman tanks. I haven't read of any issues with R&M products. I use a mobile bike mechanic for routine maintenance.

Anyways we digress! Bottle and bracket arrived today and is exactly as I imagined with the bracket is small enough to be unobtrusive when a drink is not required. The bottle came with two screw on buttons to replace the normal cage bolts and the bottle easily snaps in place and seems secure and unlikely to pop out on the bumps and is easy to remove and refit even when on the move.

Me too. Didn't take me long to learn how to slot it back on, on the move. I havnt been over any jumps but it is not dislodged by my normal riding.

I like the neatness i don't like bottle cages at all so this is a great idea .
