Hi having built my first ebike using the bbs01b motor and using it faultlessly for more than 18 months I’m thinking of building
Another bike with a 48v system. It’s going to built round an old mountain bike 26” wheel. Are there any better motors on the market right now.

There are other drives but whether they are better is another story.
Aikema make there own version with a higher gearing ratio.
Gospade make the lighter 2.6kg unit but is only available via Alibaba when I emailed them.
Mxus and others make one as well.
