BSM Repair

So i have a battery where bsm has shut my battery off it had 70% cherge when bsm failed now lights on battery power meter doesnt show when pressing the button and no power to output my battery is only 3 months old and has lg 4800mah cells its 48v 24ah 13s 5p downtube im look for a place near me that can repair it for me near Dudley westmidlands ..
