Broken Thumb Throttle - Electric Wheel Nano

Hi guys

I have an Electric Wheel Nano conversion kit with the original speed controller and a Ping battery upgrade (the original battery lasted 14 months - but the Ping is amazing). The bike works very well BUT the thumb throttle plastic has broken off. This is the second time the plastic has broken off. The first time I managed to get through to Martin at Electric Wheel on the phone (amazingly difficuit to do) and he sold me a replacement for £15, fair enough, it was after 15 months. But this one only lasted 4 months and I can't get though to Electric Wheel on the phone at all so I am left without a throttle. Does anyone know the specification of the throttle/speed controller used by Electric Wheel and where I could get a replacement at a reasonable price? To me the speed controller does not look special, just a standard far eastern model but I am no expert.

I am almost certain it is the one shown Here ? though maybe it has leds on it.

You can also get the one with the power button and battery leds from the same seller.

Both will work with the nano conversion anyway, though the wiring colors may be different.

Dave from the forum was offering one the other day in a post I saw somewhere, when someone was desperate for one.

That is exactly the one that Martin sold me - I will purchase two replacements from our friends in the east : )

I've probably got a couple of those in the supplies box if you want to save time compared to shipping from Shanghai, also rather cheaper than the £15 from EW!
