Sometimes he really does come across as being so stupid.

As I understand, the system for checking mail-in votes identifies in-person votes first. Hence they would be able to vote in person. But any mail-in vote(s) they might have made will be rejected before being counted.

For them to be refused an in-person vote, all mail-in votes would have had to be identified before polling day so that the polling station people could check. That in turn would have required all mail-in votes to stop being accepted long enough before polling day for the in-person checks to be possible. Further complicated by the early voting options. And the received-after-polling-day-but-postmarked-before votes would have to be rejected.

Interesting and very consistent with the concept that CV19 was imported into WUHAN at those world military games in October .The physical conditions of Wuhan in December were ideal for transmission . Cold conditions , very high population density. I had speculated on this months ago.
However I have a jaundiced view of these tests using high gain PCR tests and the likelihood of sample contamination
