She has really gone out on a limb , and is cutting it off behind her. This was a more strident offering than Rudi's and she is therefore in greater jeopardy. ..Maybe she hopes to be pardoned? She has named individuals and companies and she does not have evidence. She has described processes that could be done , but does not know whether they leave audit trails behind. I can see a suit for defamation being lodged tomorrow or Tuesday.

“How is that a reliable process of gathering evidence?” the judge asked, later blocking admission of the so-called evidence.

it's the same with the sharpiegate. Thousands and thousands of affidavits were collected. When under questioning, none could say if or how they know their vote wasn't counted. It's a simple looking up the voting registers, if their vote was counted, it was recorded there.
Trump asks his followers for help, calling them 'patriots'. In the process, he gives them a potential criminal record.
The problem with software fraud is it's very difficult to prove, especially when you have firewalls between processes.
