Say what you like I think Trump did the world a massive favour. Finally somebody who just said what he thought unlike pretty much all the politicians up till then.
Saying what you think is generally a good thing, and as you say sadly rare in politicians.
However, it is a bad thing if you are as bad at thinking as Trump is.

Trump is not cleverer than ordinary politicians, he is just irresponsible.
He says what people generally like to hear like cutting taxes, sending in the SWAT to stop rioters burning cars and looting shops but if anyone tries to pin him down for details, he will just fob him/her off as fake media.
Ordinary politicians will have to face questioning for years before reaching the stage when they can become candidates for the top jobs.
Those who follow him show the same disregard for questioning.
I am pleased that he's lost.
I am also pleased than Dom is gone.
Irresponsible bunch.
Good riddance.

Agreed, but I wish the fashion for avoiding answering important questions or answering them with lies and bluff had gone with them. That could only happen here by losing some more from the Cabinet, starting with Gove.

Let Parliament start by imposing a simple rule that no-one who is currently in contempt of parliament is allowed to hold any public position, whether as an employee or appointed, paid or not.

Gove answers on TV for the government. There are situations when he can't give a straight answers because it's not completely up to him.
Johnson has tendency to hide when the going gets rough and blusters when he is stuck for answers.
I like Gove more than Johnson.

Two bullets flying towards you - which one do you choose to let hit you?

They are as bad as each other.

Something which has probably dropped below visibility is that in the last 2 years or so, 4000 Solicitors from the UK registered and became certified as solicitors with the Irish Bar. All very smart ,..but the now the Irish Bar now insist they need to operate from Irish located premises in order to get a certificate to practice.

Only really means anything if we know how many UK solicitors usually register with the Irish bar.

And, is there something different? Isn't it barristers who register with the bar?

Trump's lawyers withdrew in Arizona.

it's inevitable through lack of evidence despite having collected thousands and thousands of affidavits.
It's nothing to do with that. The lawyers were under all sorts of threats from left wing extremists, who were harassing them and threatening to target all their clients.

Did you read the article to see what Trump's lawyers said?

Basically they admitted to submitting spam as evidence - much like your ever increasingly wacky CT. Nothing to do with 'left wing intimidation'.

The old bus problem - none for ages then they all come together - on huge scale!

Shops warn of Christmas stock shortages as PPE shipments clog key UK port
Retailers blame surge in Christmas imports, Brexit preparations and vast backlog of NHS equipment at Felixstowe

Retailers are warning a logjam at the country’s biggest container port could result in product shortages this Christmas, as it emerged 11,000 containers of government-procured PPE is clogging up Felixstowe.

Congestion at Felixstowe is a problem for the whole country as the Suffolk port handles approximately 40% of all the containers coming into and out of the UK.

Grayling will make everything alright - he has a cunning plan to save the day...

Behold the ex minister of lateral thinking will unleash the Migrant Merchant Marine in time to save Xmas by repurposing an inflatable dinghy fleet manned by plucky less than minimum wage mariners in the spirit of Dunkirk.

Two months ago, the former Transport Secretary Chris Grayling was hired to advise the port's parent company Hutchison Ports Europe, which is based in London. The register of MPs' financial interests shows he's being paid £100,000 for "around seven hours" of work per week.

I like Cummings. Been reading his blog for years - long before he came into the public eye. Strong man. Extremely high IQ. Was bound to upset the snowflakes and anybody who has a problem with authority.
You might be mistaking intelligence for education, there is a big difference. Most of them inside government are well educated by accident of birth. However, most are too stupid to know they are stupid, or realise that everyone they are working with is as stupid as they are.

Bernard Seeds, now he is a very clever man.

That is so obviously staged. As if he can get all of his gear in that box. The man is a complete ****, he should have gone after the Barnard Castle fiasco.
Agreed, I wonder for who's benefit though ? Maybe it's his way of saying "look at poor me"

This is interesting. US troops have seized the Dominion servers in Germany. Is it to stop Trump from getting the evidence or is for him to get the evidence?
Dominion does not have office in Germany.

The only way it could have looked more stupidly stage would have been for him to carry his stuff in a knotted spotty hanky on the end of a cane, Dick Whittington style. He's a ****.

Off out into the big world to survive of nothing more than privilege and entitlement.

What a twat.
