There is no way that the world will go back to western colonial past. Chinese education has literally industrialised China. With 1.4 billion people and 10% a year income increase over 30-40 years, China has become the largest economy in the world on purchasing power parity since 2016. China now has 28 out of 50 top universities, biggest number of scientists, scientific publications and patents. We in the west don't want to know. If you watch yt travel videos, China has overtaken the west on modernities for years now. China produces 22 times more steel than USA, build more ships and soon more planes.
Obama, trump and Biden all have tried to contain China but with such a difference in gdp when measuredin purchase power parity, it's not working for as long as usa has tried. China leads the brics, not Russia, not India, not Brazil. Brics now has a third of world gdp and growth. UK can no longer align with trump. The choice for us is either the trans pacific partnership which will be essentially brics or the EU.
