Brexit, for once some facts.

I don't see the problem you do with that video's distortion. It's not 7000 invading Lampedusa. It's 7000 moving to join the EU's 448 millions, via Italy's 59 millions.

Thoroughly good thing too, levelling out the world's wealth and resources is very long overdue.
.
Well, the alternative (to allowing more immigration) is to become like Japan (or increasingly China after its one child policy), an ageing nation requiring increasingly expensive care of the backs of a shrinking working population and neverending stagflation.

where are the carers coming from? there is always the hope that we could create robots to help care for the aged and cure the sick but as far as I can guess, me and my wife may have died before that happens.
Listening to Radio 4 this morning, the subject was PIP.
Disability benefits cost could rocket, report says - BBC News
Apparently, about 3.3 millions claim disability benefits. About half of them do so because of mental health. The long NHS waiting list is expected to add another million claimants in as little time as next 3 years.
This is extraordinary.
Is it because of what we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink or because carers' allowance and PIP are paid independently of state pension and pension credit?

Migrants should be rationed between countries - Japan's future could be improved by stuffing them into their millions of cheap rural empty houses. This one's about $20,000:

It's a complete package for population failure.

They eat very unhealthy overprocessed and "fast"foods, promoting obesity and related diseases

They breathe heavily polluted air.

They seriously lack sufficient exercise.

The state mollycoddles them with excessive provisions, leading them to think the world owes them a living.

"Experts" and the state obsess about mental and physical health issues, convincing them that they too suffer from them, making handy excuses to avoid work and the exercise they need.

Also the last above does lead to actual mental health issues, resulting in recourse to unnecessary medications, excessive alcohol consumption and taking illegal drugs to help them "cope".

And as if all that combination weren't enough, even those who intend to avoid all of the above often make themselves ill in the opposite way, by ridiculous fads which themselves have the potential to create ill heath. I'm speaking of ill-informed vegetarianism and veganism which seriously risk deficits of essential nutrients, of obsessions with so called Wonder Foods eaten to excess, of ridiculous diets.

pip and esa will be phased out and replaced buy uc 2028-29 but ppl that have been migrated wont have there benefits increased every tax year so over time it will go down.

atm if you switch you are around 400 quid a month worse off if you get everything pip esa ect jsa will be phased out buy end of next year.

buy 2030 i cant see any point in any job centre being kept open as they want it all online and ai controlled and are nothing more than benefit conditionality centers and there 3rd party providers for brainwashing and gas lighting courses.

imo at some point ubi will kick in and cbdc payments will mean the fat ppl will have to buy the food the ai says they can buy with it :p

On average, a PIP claim costs the treasury £70,000. It is estimated that the NHS queue adds about 300,000 extra claimants a year, that's 21 extra billion pounds to the national debt each year. Insufficient funding of the NHS under conservatives administration has consequences. Who is going to pay the extra taxes? Liz Truss was on TV this morning asking to cut public spending.

most of the money is in housing my sister on pip and esa gets about 1100 a month or 300 less if she got a mobility car.

max rent help is 750 a month for where we live, there is nothing to rent 3 bed wise private for that more like double.

now if they got rid of those 3rd party private company's for profit like a4e ect ect they would save billions as they are worse than useless anyway.

but if they do get some one in to work and off esa and pip even if the person got that job them self they can pocket up to 15k from the esf sfa funds its a fkn joke

Indeed, she's not letting go with her opposition to the current approach. But I can't see anyone buying her ideas with the national debt at present excessive and rising levels.

It would be a good start point for a country with little debt wanting to increase productivity. For us though it could be suddenly terminal if the international money market lost faith.

That's a pity. I expect a rare earth magnet maker would be strategically useful for UK EV production. :-/
Indeed. Just another indication that we will have to rejoin the EU in some form, or get used to neverending decline into poverty.

There's no third option.
