Brainpower error code 10

I've purchased this brain power controller with display model S866 And that keeps on displaying an error code of 10. I try to go into The menu on the display and it only allows me to go to P09, no hire. Any suggestions on why it's doing that?

It's probably a locked one or it's faulty. Where did you get it from?

Maybe your controller got zapped. You should always buy lcd and controller as a matched pair unless it's a KT controller and LCD.
