Bosch Performance Line - Motor Loud Whining noise!

Hi All, during this Mornings commute into work, my Haibike XDuro Race S-Pedelec Bosch Performance Line Motor started to make a really loud whining noise coming from the gearbox. Works still fine but is really loud. Any ideas what this could be, it is the Performance line 350w Motor.
I am located in Germany, does anyone have a contact to Bosch servce centre, i bought it from Austria off the Internet and would rather remove the Motor myself (A few screws) then send to Bosch myself for repair if required.

I can not comment on Germany, but in the UK Bosch will not deal with the public. Your warranty is not with them, and they need a disgnostic report submitting before the motor will be accepted. They also collect from the dealer.

So you'll need to take the bike to a shop so they can plug it in to generate the report that needs to be sent to Bosch before the warranty can be started.
