Bosch Nyon problem anyone help

Hi

i have just recently bought a Bosch Nyon controller for my Scott E Sub sport 2015 model
got the controller here rigged it all up and for some reason when i clip it in the motor
barely works but all the setting works fine but there is no assistance at all.

i have put my old Bosch Intuvia Display Active Line back on and the settings are fine with no problems all the modes work fine like before swap back to the nyon nothing barely works.

Any suggestion and i would be grateful
