Looking for assistance to override the 25Kmh restriction on a 2016 Bosch CX Performance motor with the Intuvia controller.
Was thinking it could be doubled by adding a divide-by-2 to the sensor 'feed' and a multiply-by-2 to the controller 'speed input' to correct the speed/mileage display.

Hi I understand the need for speed on a bicycle from the Lycra clad roadies, the satisfaction of being ultra fit and beating a PB is very rewarding. I also understand the not very fit mostly ghost pedalling but enjoying the fresh air and moderate exercise. I'm somewhere in the middle trying as much as possible to stay above assist but greatfull for assistance when needed. Why o why do some want to travel as fast as the slim folks on their 6kg £3000 bikes and do little more than ghost pedal. No wonder they call us cheats. If it's all about speed get some leathers and a motorcycle. Just my sentiments and opinion and certainty no offence intended. Hi by the way and welcome to the forum I'm sure you'll be assisted, cheers.

Why make a legal bike illegal?

Hi vicom, you are best posting this on the 'speed pedelecs section' of the forum, that way you won't get all the constant legality replies over and over from the same posters/

As you have no idea who I am or why I am looking for this, and your response in no way addresses my question, then yes, I do take offence. If you have no relevant advice, don't bother responding. Just my sentiments...

Hi welcome to the site

Just as a side note This is an introduction thread and questions especially of this nature should be asked in the relevant areas
