They've had a reputation for slow delivery. However, I ordered three controllers from them last Saturday evening. They arrived today and I didn't get charged any duty, so that makes them approx £15 each. Now I can get the pedal sensor working on my Dahon.
I had fast delivery on my battery from BMS...came in about 6 or 7 days as I recall.

Watch out for that VAT/Duty, I got the invoice about 10 days later from FedEx after delivery. Remember also that the VAT/Import Duty threshold is now lowered to £15 from £18.

I still haven't paid their "admin clearance fee" but I paid the VAT/Duty and haven't heard anything since.

I've just ordered a new kit for a friend and it's already shipped after about 4 days. They tried the old trick of bumping up the shipping charge at the last moment, but I think I got away with it. The last time they tried it I told them to cancel the order, and they sent it without the charge. I don't know whether the extra charge is genuine or whether they're trying it on.I've had it three times now out of about ten. I'm now crossing my fingers about the duty. I just sent a big wedge to the orphans in Bali, so hopefully he (or she) way-upstairs will help me in this matter.
