Bms for phylion 36v

try supplying 4.2v(3.7v) via the sense wires black(-) and cell group 1 wire(+) to power the bms..
Again a bit of a punt.. but a lot easier than messing with full battery voltage

The cells now gives me 42v 4.2v per qroup but after i wille the bike turn of.

Plenty of bikes use the same battery but don't use the comms at all, and others like yours it seems won't run without them so it's going back to sleep. What we do know is some Halfords bikes use Phylion comms to display the battery percent charge, and we know dealers use the comms to check the exact number of charge cycles for warranty claims... who knows what else is being transmitted, but clearly your bike is looking for some data/handshake to stay awake. You can't emulate it because you don't know what's being transmitted.

I still think your best bet would be to find a junked version of the same battery and salvage the board.

Tbh if the battery is ok and one has fitted a generic BMS so that it charges and the charge is good 41.5v to 42v , I would gho the whole hog and dump all parts that expect some sort of handshaking.
For less then £100 one can have a bike that uses all generic electrics and simply replace the controller and display with KT set up , then one will never need to look for any special components again.
Keep it all KISS and dump all handshaking components and convert to a generic set up, so much easier then messing about.
Handshaking adds complecations and also adds so much more to to price of components becauase they are exclusive to the bike brand.
Why pay 100's of £££'s for a specific BMS (even if it was available ) like wise a display or controller shoul done fail when one can buy something far better and readily available for cheaper .
