bms battery - what are the kits like?

I am thinking of getting a retro fit rear hub kit from bms battery. The gear looks great and well priced. I would appreciate any feedback about the quality of the equipment and comments about the kits.

For the money they are ok - cheap and cheerful.

It's worth cheking the connectors have the right wires going to the right pins as they have been known to be "swapped" over on occasion. Also worth going over the wheel to check spoke tension as well as with most machine built wheel. Controllers are ok, hubs are cute or bafang so know brands with associated reliability.

pay by payapl to safegaurd your money and allow a long delivery time (I've been waiting two weeks so far for a battery) - six weeks seems to be the average and you'll be fine - just be prepared to be fobbed off if you recve a fault item 9doesn't seem to happen that often though) - if so - paypal dispute for your money back.

What connectors should I get?

They supply the connectors already fitted, but they get the pins in the wrong place sometimes, so you have to prise out the offending pin with a watch-maker's screwdriver and reposition them in the connector so that they match from male to female. The only connector they don't supply is between the battery and controller. The controller has one, but I'm not sure that the battery does, or if it does, it probably won't fit, but if I remember correctly, they can supply a battery connector to fit the controller one. I just cut off whatever they supply and fit Deans connectors from Ebay.
