Bike stand

Bought the metal stand for £9 from Toolstation and £3.50 morter mix from Wickes creating a trough in the ground.
I use when getting bike out the garage or when I get home while I lift garage door.
I know I should have a bike stand but I've snapped two off so given up on them. Don't help when you ride off with stand down. Ha

That can't happen to my Dahon's bike stand - it's positioned on the frame such that the left pedal kicks it up. Another example of well thought out Dahon design.
