Bike seat review

The reason a bike wobbles compared with a motorbike is because it doesn't have enough inertia (mass). Most of the stability of a motorbike/bicycle comes from the rotational inertia of the wheels, which is probably ten times as much on a motorbike at the same speed. If you have small wheels your stabilising inertia will be even less.

So no 4 wheels bikes and as heavy as possible bike wheels?

Hanebrink bike is my only option?

I think they exagerate the downside too much. Stick to your plan, the frame seems to be good for up to 150kgs. So how much do you two weigh?

Indeed, keep the speed reasonable and don't indulge in sudden swerves or fast cornering when with a passenger and you'll probably be ok.

But as said, you are likely to be stopped by the police if two up on a bicycle and will then have to politely and calmly argue your case if you are to continue your two up journey.
