For anyone who is after a bike repair stand, Lidl are doing one from 24/05/20 for £24.99.
I bought one last time they had them and I can’t fault it. Rated up to 30kg so will take an e-bike with ease

I would not be without one as I have a bad back, been operated on 3 times since I was 27 (Now almost 74)....
Looks really good and is far safer than many other options...

I have one and it works OK. However, no matter which way I try, it will not handle the wife's Big Bear step through.

With my Wisper Step Through I mount it vertically on the downtube under where the saddle slots in. I was worried at first that it would slip but it hasn't so far. Not sure if the Big bear is the same sort of style?

Yeh, it's the same, but the front hub unbalances it and causes the head of the stand to turn in it's clamp. The Big Bear is one heavy bike.

It's a good price. I didn't see any when I was in Lidl last week but in any case I bought this one from Halfords a couple of weeks ago. It was £45 but well worth it. I have never owned a bike workshop stand before & have been really impressed with how much easier the bikes are to work on using one.

The lidl middle isle bike products don't start until Sunday 24th May, looks like saddles aren't going to be available.
