Easily fixed Allen. Click the Quick Links at the top of the page, then click "Edit Options" in the dropdown list. Then scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and choose the notification option you want in the dropdown list. Then scroll to the bottom and click the "Save Changes" button.

Job done.
