I suggest you go to a couple of reputable bike shops , talk to the staff, try a few on and then make your decion based on a good, comfortable fit
I am a firm believer in helmets - I've cracked two helmets in crashes. I firmly believe id have been killed or suffered a serious brain injury by one of those crashes without them on

Unless you have a pea head - I can easily fit a something like a deck of cards between the helmet and the sides of my head - the adjustment is more front to backAdvantage of Aldi. You can try before you buy, and the size is rapidly adjustable by turning a knob.
Who said they don't make you look like a tw@t.Plus one for a snowboarding helmet. They're more comfortable, give more protection, warmer in the winter and don't make you look like a tw@t, and most important of all, they don't let in wasps, which make you crash. The risk of that in the summer is higher than not wearing a helmet.
