BBSxx clutch thingy?

Is the crank clutch underneath the centre plate with the screws, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Apart from being a little noisy, I'm just gathering as much info as I can, for a Summer strip down, inspection and relube.

Same Mobile28. A good clean up first is strongly recommended.
