Oh! Tell me please : it's impossible for me to remount the coremotor into the central part of the bbs01b. The rotor will not enter in its place besides the cage of the nylon gear. But am I understandable?

tommie! ok, you Don't know for that.
you are right to have greased your gear, you opened the plastic cover to do that, and it's a rich maintenance you did there!
Me, im stuck with these two parts which I can't reassemble ! Maybe the rotor is wear down...
thanks though and a good evening for you!

I haven`t had that part in pieces yet, mine is different as it`s HD - there are many YouTube videos on disassembly ,
are you sure the nylon gear is the correct part, did you replace it? What was the problem with your motor?

Not very different from bbs01b though...Yes I look at these videos but when it comes to reassemble these two parts, the video is cut and shows next thing! So I Don't know how they do the trick! It was so light to disassemble….im confused. My nylon gear is excellent and the problem is I overheated it in a 5% hill and then comes a rattling...Sure grease on the nylon gear has melted entirely or better was displaced onto the rotor! Not melted because it's teflon!
As I can't remount the different parts of this bbs01b I look forward to buy a new one! That's it!

[QUOTE="barbe, post: 552376, member: 25432" the problem is I overheated it

Possibly that nylon gear is now out of shape with the overheating and the steel rotor wont now mate with it?
How about you try a new nylon gear?

Hey!
Im sure 100% my nylon gear is AS NEW as it is.
If one thing should be replaced it's probably rotor and the 2 bearings at each of its extremities.
But now the problem is how to take out these 2 bearings?34844

If I can take out one of the two, I would be able to remount my engine piece after piec and then onto the bike and then try it...Unless the extremity where the bearing is encapsuled is in bad state...
