There is a password bit and a p set bit. From the speeds I’m getting I’d say it’s not 750w.
I changed 5 to 100 and 100 to try and get it to show more power. Could I’d be because I’m uk BAFANG putting an uk firmware on it. See photo of me on the throttle full only 250 on display.
It’s very strange this. May try and get a watt meter to measure see what’s happening. Thanks J
What does that 250w mean? Are you sure it's not just to make the power look compliant? How much power is actually coming from the battery? You need to measure it either with a wattmeter or measure the voltage drop down a 10cm piece of 15g wire, which is roughly 2mv per amp, so 20Amps would show a drop of 40mv.

250w at 36v would be roughly 7A, so if it's a true 250 from the battery, you would measure a voltage drop from one end of the 10cm of 14g wire to the other of 14mv, which you can measure with any multimeter.

7A is pretty weak. I don't think you'd be able to do 20 mph unless your bike is very low profile and you're fairly light
