I did not pay duty as I am to impatient to wait for china delivery and purchased from a uk based supplier via ebay at the time the kit was£325inc vat and delivery [late last year] and £250 for the battery supplier is no longer listing

I got mine from Amazon £360 and got screwed by the seller he forgot to put on his advert that VAT was to be paid nice China man we are in dispute.
