I see a lot of people asking this, but haven't gotten anywhere other than "contact a machinist"

Trying to fit a BBSHD or BBS02 onto my trek super fly 100, but can't seem to find an adapter that works with the BB95. Anyone know of anywhere selling such a thing?

Thanks!

Hey if you could show me where to buy one, even if not cheap, that would be freakin awesome. Everyone links my to the Luna one that isn't compatible or this other site that seems to carry every adapter except the BB95 lol

You need to measure the diameter of the bearing outer in mm that fits into the bb, bb95 is also listed as bb90 on some sites
It's a 37.1mm outside diameter on the bearings, 24mm inside but I'm not sure what I can do with that info. I can install parts, but I am not a fabricator and am really not exactly a pro when it comes to bike modifications if the parts don't fit.

I was hoping to just buy something to adapt it, but from what I can tell, it's not even possible :|

Even the bafang spacer washers are 41.7 mm od and 34.5 inner dia , so its make a thin spacer/shim out of plastic pipe or get one 3d printed

My method is a starrett hole saw takes time/measurements to find the right one and then cut 8mm plastic sheet to form two outer washers to fill the bearing mounts , and part of a plastic pipe to fill the gap of the smaller inner part of the bb , takes time and effort
The bafang shaft is approx 33.5mm od

So cool. Had no idea you just needed spacers. I though the way it attached was threaded and the threads didnt match up or something like that. I am guessing you would get the 100mm bafang kit for the bb95 right? I can play around to make the spacers for sure.

Thank you so much for the help. It took me about 10 hours of research to understand your comment but it finally clicked and you were spot on 100% right

Don't forget that you'll need to fabricate something to stop the motor rotating around the bottom bracket. The standard BBS02 method won't work when you have a PF BB.

Ahhhhh sheeeeeeiiiiit. I got my work cut out for me. I learned how to use basic cad software and designed the shims and sent them to a local guy with a 3d printer, but I don't think I'm going to be so lucky on that support bracket.
