Hi hope everyone ok, is there any benefits or need to totally flatten the battery. Thanks
No, it is harmful. The BMS (battery management system) should prevent you flattening too much to do real harm. Never leave it at low charge for any length of time; it might drop too low. Also don't leave it fully charged for longer periods of non0-use (>1 week)

Cells in normal use have a usable normal voltage range of 3.2v - 4.2v as long as you stay within this range you should be fine. Manufacturers will also state a min voltage discharge of between 2.5v - 2.8v which is considered as deep discharge.
Typically below 3.2v there is little point in going lower as there is little in the way of mah/capacity to extract.

Probably only if you go on a long ride and want to maximise range.
