Hi there,

I have got a problem with my bike. It has been working since I bought it last month but recently, out of the sudden, the battery stopped... It is fully charged as I left it for the night but in the morning, there was no reaction (it didn't start)... I have no clue what's going on and the man that sold me the bike didn't have any problems with it... Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? Thanks a lot!

Are you getting any indicator lights? is the battery showing a full charge and did your charger appear to give it a full charge?
If you have a multi-meter a reading of the battery voltage would be helpful.

You need a voltmeter to find the cause. Start by measuring the voltage on the battery terminals after charging.

Hi,

Sorry but yesterday I didn't have Internet anymore... I don't have the multimeter at home. I'll try to find any more information. The battery is showing the full charge and so is the charger...
Today, when I was going to work, it started working for a little moment. When I turned it on I had all the lights on and the bike didn't work. I had to switch it off and on several times and then it worked for several minutes but cut off afterwards and didn't work when I was coming back home.

If you have lights this means the bike is getting power. A list of checks would include checking the fuse, making sure the cadence sensor is not bent away from the pickup, the motor power connection is secure ect. Does it has a throttle?
