cwah the challenge you face (and seem to continue to face) is something light and portable yet still capable of 25-30 mph unassisted.

The answer is you need to compromise one or the other and if you can't store a larger bike inside, or lock it up somewhere no one can get to it, your only compromise is something less powerful, light foldable and or portable.
