Been trying another 'I can buy one' tactic.

Going out walking in the local streets, especially when its been icy.

If I 'accidently' fall and injure my wrist(s) then a lighter bike would be a justifyable medical necessity.

Is the battery removeable for charging ?
you fold it like you do normally, except that the front of the bike feels a lot weightier. In fact, the front of the bike weighs 3kgs more than before.

yes, but it's a bit of a faff. I would just charge it where it is. The charging connector is the unconnected yellow XT plug.
The kit is supplied with a SANS 3A fast charger, fitted with XT plug.
You can't get it wrong with XT plug even with cold hands.
I was thinking of asking the factory to fit a security loop so customers can padlock the bag but time was tight.
