Following a slope of 5% over a distance of 4 km the engine suffered from overheating to the point that I could not leave my hand on the box. After a stop of 15 minutes to let the ebike rest, I restart and then I hear that the engine produces a noise that I did not hear before. However everything works as before! This noise follows the PAS (stops when I am coasting) that is to say that the noise increases the faster the ebike goes and vice versa. I have 3 suspicions: the grease has melted, the pinion, nylon gear. If you have a suggestion, answer me! Thank you.

You could be correct in your suspicions. If it really was so hot that you couldn't leave your hand on the casing, then that has overheated the unit badly. The easiest thing to do is grease up the final drive gear, just in case it's a lack of grease. If it's not that, then I would suspect the nylon gear has deformed/partially melted. That's a bigger job and not for the faint hearted.

This is a picture of my final drive. I packed the grease in there and fitted the plastic cover back on. You'll probably find yours has little to no grease in there.

I just look at this final drive and yes, grease has throwed off the cogs! I am in Switzerland and aeroshell or lucas tacky N, I will try to find that. Thanks.
Maybe the noise will disappear after this maintenance but I am worried that the grease of the nylon gear too has disappeared...
