Bafang launch BBS03 3000w mid drive code-named PowerDrive

Bafang have come up with an answer to the weedy 750w BBS02, by launching a new BBS03 3000w version.

Code-named PowerDrive, it is rumoured it can climb a 50% hill using the granny gear.

A friend of mine, who works at Bafang, sent me this picture of the new model.

Surely not?

No doubt this very powerful new crank drive comes with bulk chain on a continuous reel, feeding through once and discharging worn out into a recycling bin alongside the rear wheel.
