Wanted Bafang front hub motor drive gear

My brother recently acquired a non working older style (no disc brake mounting holes) Bafang 24V front hub motor which I'm overhauling but unfortunately it's missing its axle drive gear which should be secured to the inner shell by 3 screws.

First pic attached is my brothers motor and the second pic is a screenshot of the drive gear he needs.

Hoping there's someone here with lots of spare parts who can help?

Please get in contact if you have a spare one of these or can suggest where I might get one from.

I am afraid end result (even if successful) might be disappointing. I would suggest to invest in modern 48V system.

As the gear is missing, I'm not sure but I'd think it will be very similar to the one in pic 2, which appears to possibly have 20 teeth (counting the teeth across 180 degrees in the pic and doubling)

I'll look at the hub again and try to measure the number of teeth that would be needed to fill the inner circle of the 3 gear wheels that drive the hub shell and can also measure the axle diameter.
I'm sure the planet gears and clutch are the same as the £12 ones sold on eBay...will check out tooth count and diameter on these too.

I haven't had the chance to so far this week but I'm going to look again at the hub internals today and get back to you this evening with more info.

Hi saneagle...my plans to get info yesterday got scuppered but managed today.

The 3 planetary gears are 36 teeth and the axle diameter is effectively 15mm.

I have several dismantled motors in a box somewhere. I had a look yesterday, but I couldn't find them. The problem is that I've been a bit ill and had no strength to pull stuff out. I'm getting stronger every day now, so I'll try again over the next few days. It's just a question of finding them in all my mess.

I'm not too bad. I've been riding my bike the last few days, but circumstances are conspiring against me. I'm presently in the hospital undergoing some unknown medical procedures for suspected PEs. I'm hoping it won't be for too long. On the positive side, it should get me back to full health quicker.
