Avid BB7 disc brake and nexus lever review.

Have never had to bleed hdb yet, get a decent brand and just fit them on 5 mins max.

They will fit post mount and IS as they have adaptors included(& discs).
I have 2 full sets and another front and all work perfectly straight out of the box.

How about brake squeal, do you get any noise from the clarks exo? The noise from my original tektro's was partly the reason I upgraded to the quieter BB7's

No noise from these but there is a slight ticking noise from the Promax front but its only done 6 miles so far.
