Anybody bought anything from Tredz recently?

I've recently placed 4 orders with Tredz and they've messed up every one of them, their prices are good and their telesales people are pleasant but their logistics are appalling. I've experienced unexpected delays in shipping, wrong item sent, calls not being returned and items being sent with 10 working days (!) delivery.

Have I just been unlucky or is this the norm for Tredz?

i ordered some sealent from them and even tho said it was in stock it took a week for it to arrive ill not be using them again !

Pretty normal usually they don’t carry stock causing extra delays

I use Tredz quite a lot and to be honest, their mail order service has always been fine for me. No wrong items ever, and delivery is usually as fast (often faster!) than the other big players like Evans and CR/Wiggle.
You do have to pay attention to the info on the web site before ordering to know if the item is actually in stock or if its 'due in on ...' of course.
Maybe they've recently had some staff changes or something? I think my last order was at the start of this month. That one was ok as well though.

Use them quite a bit. Ordered a couple of Energiser tyres last week, the paypal payment mucked up for some reason, but they sorted quickly and without fuss. Upgraded me to 1st class delivery and the normal couple of packets of Haribos turned into the 9 packs. Always use the £5 over £30 voucher too, never a problem, so a thumbs up from me

I order some specs from them...arrived quickly but one pair was faulty so returned via the ASDA courier service ...Took 3 months to get a refund..

Wife order some gear the same week and although they were on the tredz website as ''in stock'' they later advised that they were waiting for them to come into stock...2 months later still no joy so cancelled the order ..

I think that Tredz and CYCLESTORE are owned by Halfords now ???

More parts arrived from Tredz and once again they'd sent the wrong thing!!

I've had to send 2 items back now because they'd sent the wrong parts, goodness knows when I'll get my Paypal refund.

Tredz must be adopting the Halford's model for customer dis-service.
