Annoying click

I would closely inspect the chain links,i had a similar click which resulted in a link breaking and the chain coming off....15 miles from home...missus wasn't happy playing AA/RAC to recover me and the bike ;)
I now always carry spare link.....

Checked the chain.... No problems. Now looking for spanner to remove pedal! The TRIKE is a front wheel drive, so I can't get stranded unless I run out of battery :) :) :)
