Advice on correct bike size (Cube reaction pro)

Pic of my bike. Saddle is at least 1" above the stem clamp at the steerer, probably 2"

My saddle is also a little bit above stem.
There is one more thing... having good clearance between your cohones and crossbar can save you a lot of pain.
