Aggghhh!

I bought an electric mtb about 2 months ago which had a motor fail last week.
The shop i bought it from decided to give me an electric road bike (twice the price) instead, as they stopped selling the bike i bought.

I told them that it wasn't suitable for me, but they said they didn't have anything else in the same price range (which they do).

Now after 2 days of going to work, im in agony, wrists, neck and back.

The bike i had was 17" M, this is a 23" xl.

I went in again saying the same things and that i wanted and needed an electric mtb to replace the electric mtb i had before.

But they only offer none electric mtb's half the price.

What can i do?

Ask for a full refund on the original purchase and then find another shop if that's possible.

You are in Finland ? You'll need a MTB for sure come winter.
Why not cancel the credit agreement with the store and walk away. Get a new credit agreement with another store for the right bike
