Advice needed on my hub please

Hi again everyone can anyone kindly help me identify wether or not my freego hawk bike has a sensored brushless dc motor. The controller and display I am thinking of buying needs the hub to be sensored brushless dc motor. I have looked up my bike online but I can not find the information I need and What I did find was the only thing that is written online about my motor is that it is intelligent brushless dc motor.
So my question is
Is this the sensored same as my intelligent dc motor?. I have provided a picture of the sticker on my wheel just in case it helps. It reads : Suzhou bafang motor. Thanks in advance for any help in this.

Yep it's definitely a Bafang.
Trace the hub motor wire to the controller, count how many wires there are. If 8 or 9 wires (3 thick the rest thin) it is a sinewave /sensored hub.

Older brushed motors have 2 wires.

It's a sensored motor, so you can use the standard controller. The best controller is the KT sine wave one with LCD3 at £70. The next one down is the Brainpower one at about £40. Always buy the LCD with the controller. Don't buy a cheap controller unless that's all you can afford.

The 9 pin connector is a sensored hub, for controllers it must be a sinewave/sensored model. If you buy a waterproof cable type then the controller will also have a similar connector but a female one or if you buy one with the other flat style connectors it will have bullets and a block connector for the six small wires.

Depending on the current controller in use select a controller with very similar connections, you may have to carry out some minor wiring for the pas and throttle to work unless of course you simply buy those with the new controller which adds little in expense.
