AD0 A20 help please

hi all i have an ADO A20 for 7 months now work perfectly till the other day the power comes on all display functions work but there is no power to the motor via throttle or pedals plus when i spin the back wheel the speed / distance doesn't register on the display any ideas folks thanks for reading

If there's a connector between the rear wheel motor and the controller, that may need pushing back together so it's tight. Beyond that, it may be a controller problem. At 7 months, it's still under warranty. ADO have a UK office in Covent Garden.

Hall failure in the hub motor is a likely cause or controller mosfet blown, either way both need testing for with a meter to rule out one way or the other.
