The seller suggests it has warranty but are Ultra Motor still going?

Yes, they have been bought by the large Indian company Hero Eco and are secure now. The original Ultra Motor management are still in place in the UK. The contact page on the website shows the Hero Eco details:

I'm not sure, I've edited in further details above for you and the website is still in the Ultra name at present.

The online information seems to point to it possibly being known as Hero Eco in future though.
