Can anyone help please? I need to contact 50 Cycles and have lost the details. Their web site is either permanently down these days or for some reason blocked by my browser. Are they still in business .. if so does anyone have number please as cannot even remember location to check phone directory. Thanks

And here's the website link, just in case yours is corrupted in some way:

50cycles

They are very much in business as the sole agents for the Kalkhoff brand in the UK.

They were still in business yesterday as they rang me to say my Agattu was ready to be despatched.

Web site is fine for me too.

Also there is a 'Live Help' facility on the site which I used very successfully yesterday. Got a response from 'Tim' vary quickly who answered my question straight away.

Thanks

Thanks to you all for you help. It's very weird the web link provided by Flecc took me straight there no trouble from his reply but to check that I'm not yet losing my marbles I have just Googled 50 Cycles again and then clicked on the link provided and it just locks up and gives a 'non responsive' programme message.

Anyway I will copy the working link and thanks again.

Googling for eZeebike was successful, so maybe Google do take sides. :D

Have now made contact with 50 Cycles and received advice on my 'resistance' problem similar to comments from Flecc and others on this forum but with the added assurance that I wouldn't void my warranty if I stripped the insulation and delved a bit deeper than a cursory examination so pleased to report that the problem was seemingly linked to the ignition lead and is now sorted. thanks again to all
