4 speed modes but can only go into 3

Hey, could anybody help me?
So when I turn the bike on it says there are 4 different speed modes, but on the buttons I can only switch between 1, 2 and 3 and I can't find how to switch to 4th. (There is a parking gear but that's on another button and says P on the screen)

also could somebody help me to find a link for the bike, I got it from Facebook brand new and can't find it. The model is MilG and on the receipt it says Blue Vespa, thanks!

The 4th speed mode may well be 'off'.

Are you sure 'P' is park? It could be push, for when you need to push but want some assist (maybe just up to 4mph or so)

A picture of the whole bike may give more idea of what it is. The only things I can see for Vespa or MilG are for motor scooter/mopeds.

Thanks for the idea but P is definitely park as you can't use the throttle when it's on. Here are some more photos

That's not really an ebike, it's an
electric scooter. How does it perform in the highest speed mode, does it achieve the speeds claimed?

Though the anwser has already been given 0,1,2 & 3 = 4 speed mods so now toddle off to a scooter forum where you belong.
