Bearings gone first ride out, my fault as i didn't check front wheel properly. All fixed now and going great guns.

Sorry to hear that Mark, was it an easy fix, I gather we're talking hub bearings?

Yeah Paul, it was the front hub bearings, took it to my local bike shop and he fitted a new axle, cones and bearings for twelve pounds so I'm happy with that. Running well so far, finally made it there and back without incident.

Phew! I'll get back to battery wrangling/home made bomb. Could be one of the other!
