30mph bike options?

Any of my Bosch powered eBikes delivered with our dongle can do this.

Given that I have all sprocket sizes in stock to achieve this. I play with this sort of thing on a daily basis.

Sorry you've misunderstood me. Do you not agree that some bikes with standard gearing and a dongle will not meet the requirement of a 30 mph bike? I have no doubt that by increasing the gearing it will make a 30 mph bike. However having said all that the OP isn't looking for that type of bike anyway.

Well neither of them kits you linked too include a battery.

The first one also doesn't include the lcd display or anything.

The 2nd one is one of these with £30 fleabay tax.

I might order a mid drive kit or just fix up what I've got as I'm running with crap batteries at the moment.
Or I've got a road racer which has only 150 miles on it.might convert that to mid drive.
