I'll let you make your own mind up.
Constant error codes from day one.
Rear hub bearing failure within the first 100 miles.
Two replacement motors.
Broken wire within frame system. BH tried to blame me for this. I blame poor original bike assembly.
Peeling paint.
The motor surged badly from time to time, and did not always cut out.
Integrated braze-on lugs that spin within the frame.
Two batteries, and even then the second one failed and the bike was going to need a third.
Non working regen. It isn't even possible for the geared up to have a functioning regen, so BH should be doing a lot of refunds.
Cracked console, due to poor screw alignment.
Broken console mount x2. These crack if you just at them the wrong way.
No difference in speed modes.
Front forks that corroded badly after just months, then stopped functioning altogether. I had to buy my own replacement forks as BH UK couldn't even get that right!
A disgraceful after care service from BH UK.
Months without any use of the bike.
It was only my tracking down the private email details for the MD of BH Spain, that anything at all got sorted with the bike. I now no longer thankfully own it.
The BH NEO XTREM that I purchased made for a better door stop than it did a functional e-bike, and there isn't enough money in the World to ever persuade me to own another BH product.
Give your hard earned money to either a KTM dealer or Haibike dealer.
Take a test ride on one of these.
